Free Consultation / Initial Evaluation:
Free Consultation - This is designed to give the patient an idea if our treatment is right for the patient and their issues. The therapist will briefly discuss the patient’s problem, describe the rationale behind our approach, and how we will treat their issues. If desired, the therapist can write a consultation note or script to have the doctor sign to begin treatment.
Initial Evaluation - The examiner will take a thorough history, perform a physical examination, and formulate a treatment plan for the patient. The patient will then be educated regarding the rationale of the treatment and taught pain management strategies using exercise and ergonomic modification.
