More Than Physical Therapy.
- Myofascial cupping – Cupping therapy loosens stiff muscles & soft tissues, drain excess fluids & toxins, and loosen up adhesion. Cupping also brings blood flow, oxygen, and healing chemicals to the area, which is essential in healing.
- Kinesiotaping – is the application of a stretchy tape to support and relieve pain. Taping prevents cramps/spasms, as well as over-stretching and over-contraction of muscles.
- Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) – is the use of a specific tool to stimulate the body’s self-healing capabilities, resulting in decreased pain, reduction of scar tissues, and creating significant movement and flexibility.
- Dry needling – is an insertion of a filiform needle to elicit muscle twitch. This method can treat dysfunctions in muscle, fascia, and connective tissues. Dry needling also diminishes persistent peripheral pain input, reduces or restores impairments of body structure & function—leading to enhanced activity.
